Howe Ranch Venue Reservation *Checklist*
By reaching out to us you confirm that you have read through the following
Checklist (1. - 11.), agree with the venue guidelines and completed your test event inquiry on Peerspace.
1. OUR COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE:
At Howe Ranch, we dedicate ourselves year-round to maintaining this beautiful property and caring for over 35 farm animals, ensuring that everything is perfect for your special events. Our venue, along with our built-in services and insurance, is priced to reflect the quality and effort we put into every detail. Our pricing is non-negotiable, as it ensures fairness and allows us to consistently deliver top-quality experiences. Enter your event specifics such as date, guest count, and timing during your test booking. Please note that the items and services listed as part of our rental package cannot be adjusted to lower the cost, i.e. if we offer up to two venues included for no additional cost, asking to use only one area will not reduce the rental fee.
2. BEFORE CONTACTING US, WE ASK THAT YOU:
Before contacting us, you are required to enter Event Details: Event Event Date, Times, Maximum Guest Number, and any add-ons on Peerspace to calculate your complete booking cost, which includes insurance, venue, and service fees. Booking directly through us will only remove the additional service fees and your additional insurance. For details of what is included in your Venue Fee, refer to our Rental Fee Inclusions sheet. We also invite you to review the Fee Schedule and our Alcohol and Security Services FAQ Sheet as planning tools. If you have further questions after reviewing our venue details and photos on the Events page, feel free to reach out for clarification. We aim to assist with queries not already addressed in our provided information to ensure your planning process is seamless.

All guests and service providers must adhere to a 15-mph speed limit while on this road. Nobody is allowed to park on the private street or on a neighboring farm's property. Failure to comply with this speed limit and/or parking policy is a serious violation that could lead to the immediate shutdown of the event.
