· Weekday Events: Starting November 20, we’re offering exclusive weekday opportunities from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and all day on Sundays. Each event is available in 4-hour slots, perfect for an intimate team-building experience. Dates no longer available: Nov 25, 26, 27, 28, 29.

· Select Saturdays for Larger Groups: For groups over 50, we’re also offering select Saturdays if booked before November 24. Dates no longer available: December 14.

Winter Wonderland is an experience, and everyone 1+ of age is considered a Guest
Set up time outside of the booked option is not included (due to liability & occupancy management). Additional time for set up/hosting can be added if the venue is available, per fee schedule.

Private Holiday Farm Animal Extravaganza with baby cow kisses and cuddles included. Delight in cuddling baby farm animals like mini Highland calves, fluffy alpacas, curious goats, donkeys, ducks, friendly chickens and more. Photo opportunities against two curated farm holiday backdrops.

Winter Wonderland Traditions: Bring your own or add the hot drinks bar (hot chocolate, cider, or other traditional delights) in our curated Christmas Market.

Rental of outdoor venue, including set up and break down. Furniture, bathroom use, and parking included.

Guest tickets must be purchased prior to start of event due to insurance and venue policies. Petting Zoo Waiver Acknowledgement required for each adult guest.

Add On: $125 Extra Setup/Break Down Time

If you anticipate needing access to the venue prior to your booked event time (four-hour timeframe), we offer the option to reserve up to 60 mins. set up time for $125 and a break down hour for $125. This gives you the flexibility to drop off any items or add clean up time.

Visit from Santa (examples of functions: photos/taking wishes/distributing presents to your staff/other)
Social Coverage: Don't worry about taking photos and video clips. We can cover this important part of making memories for you. All guests will be captured, as well as group photos and social media shots in front of the barn backdrop. Inquire about availability of add on.
